This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track you in any way. The only personal data processed is what your browser sends automatically when making an HTTP request, which is logged by the web server for security and debugging purposes. Nothing else is collected. This site is accessible worldwide; because the data controller is based in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies and its protections extend to all visitors regardless of location.

Every HTTP request to this site — including page loads and RSS feed access — is logged automatically by the Nginx web server. Each log entry contains:

• IP address of the client
• Date and time of the request
• HTTP method (e.g. GET)
• URL path requested
• HTTP response status code
• User agent string (browser or client identifier)
• Referrer URL, if sent by the client

No data is collected through forms, cookies, tracking scripts, analytics services, or third-party embeds.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Access logs are used exclusively for server security, abuse prevention, and technical debugging. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Given the limited scope of the data collected and the absence of any profiling or behavioural tracking, this processing does not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects.

4. Data Processors

All traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as a reverse proxy and CDN for performance and security purposes. Cloudflare processes incoming HTTP requests — including IP addresses, HTTP headers, and request metadata — before they reach the origin server. Cloudflare may store this data on servers located worldwide, including outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare's own data processing is governed by their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .

The origin server is hosted on infrastructure provided by Contabo GmbH , Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. Contabo acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Origin server processing takes place within the European Union.

5. Retention

Access logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted automatically.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access (Art. 15): obtain a copy of the data held about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16): request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction (Art. 18): request that processing be limited.
• Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests.
